We source & serve the highest quality seafood and make the best use of every part of it! Our menu features a regularly changing array of oysters, crustaceans and fish as well as at least one meat dish each day.
Recent favourites include dressed Jersey oysters with coriander, green chilli and Bombay mix, Mussels with gochujang, sweetcorn and Thai basil, Mackerel crudo with shiso, cucumber and roe, and our Char Siu monkfish with nahm jim. Please view our sample menu for more information.
Our wines are an interesting selection of uncommon bottles, with some more familiar favourites thrown in for good measure. We champion small, independent producers who focus on minimal intervention and quality. Guests are welcome to pop into our bar for a glass of wine or a cocktail or make a booking there if you would prefer.
